They made an appointment to talk with me today. I was expecting the feedback to be, &#8220;The script was fine but we had some reservations about the resume and artist&#8217;s statement.&#8221; (Like many people I know, I really dislike coughing up an artist&#8217;s statement.) But in fact it was, &#8220;The resume and artist&#8217;s statement were fine, but we had some reservations about the script.&#8221; This is actually encouraging. There&#8217;s a limit to what I can do with the facts of my resume between now and this year&#8217;s deadline for the opportunity.
