About

I’m a playwright whose work has been seen in venues from middle-school classrooms in Fargo (“Spring Break with Rainey“) to off-Off Broadway (Murderess, lovehateforgive). I received the Tennessee Williams One-Act Prize for “Liability” and have had work commissioned and developed by The Playwrights Center, Studio Z and Babes with Blades.

As an arts administrator, I was a founding Artistic Associate of Theatre Unbound, The Women’s Theatre. I served as Managing Director from 2003-2010 and Executive Director from 2010-2019.

As a software engineer, I have extensive experience in data migrations and building UIs for database applications. I work for the Center for Farm Financial Management at the University of Minnesota.

My pronouns are she/her/hers.

I acknowledge that I live and work on the traditional, ancestral and contemporary lands of Indigenous people, on Dakota land ceded in the Treaties of 1837 and 1851. I thank the Bicycle Alliance of Minnesota for making me aware of the Bdote Memory Map and its oral histories of this land.
